6 dangers of skiing

Skiing is like all other sports, in that it involves certain risks. The same risk that you face every day when you're driving is the same risk that you will be exposed to when you ski.The majority of accidents that occur on the slopes are generally the result of neglect and too great eagerness.

Here are five dangerous things to watch for:
1. Falling - probably the most common risk for beginners, while experienced skiers and extreme are not immune. Falling happens when a skier encounters weak snow or skis on a track where someone carelessly left footprints. Another cause could be interrupted by another skier.
Fall on skis is potentially dangerous in that the skier has little control over himself, since his skis will prevent him from trying to use his feet for balance. A fall can result in getting an arm or a broken leg or you could walk away with only a few bruises and bumps.
2. Other skiers and snowboarders - there is also a danger posed by other skiers and riders who are out of control. A skier who does not pay attention to their risk of falling out of balance, or worse, in an accident.
3. Avalanche - this is not an immediate danger for beginners because avalanches usually occur on slopes frequented by skiers ski confirmés.Les attempt to obtain some degree of control starting with a goal of some hours before leaving skiers. Avalanches occur when the snow is unstable, but once he fell, he will not pose much risk, so only skiing on groomed trails.
4. Tired - Skiing can be very hypnotic, especially when you've done for a while and are just maintaining a rhythm. Sometimes you hardly notice that you're tired and you go further to make a final race. This is risky because when your body is tired, your reflexes are slower and your judgment is uncertain. You might make mistakes and miscalculations that could cost you or another skier.
5. Ignoring the signs - each skier is supposed to understand their responsibility code so be sure to keep in mind when you ski. The ski slopes are littered with signs and you ignore them at your own risk. Watch for sign and marker and be aware of guidelines track.
6. Overestimating your abilities - maintain a speed that suits your skiing ability and keep the land that you can handle. Respect nature and what it can do. You are here for fun so do not get hurt, or anyone.
