Start A Fitness Walking Program
The hardest part is starting to walk. But it is very easy. Just put on your shoes and workout clothes and walk out the door. Start by walking for ten minutes, then gradually increase your time. You should walk at a pace that gets your heart rate but does not make you so breathless that you can not talk. It is important that you do stretching exercises before walking. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and flush toxins from your system.
