Good News for Those Who Prefer Still Fishing

What about all the fish people out there who are not able to throw these flimsy 80-meter fly with pin point accuracy? How about those who can not identify every fly hatch on the water, or tell the difference between a skwala caddisflies, or salmonfly? I have good news for you know who can not speak the language or got the complexity of fly fishing. There is nothing wrong with still fishing!

You know how I know? Because when I sit with my grandson, "on the dock of a bay, watching the clouds roll away" and suddenly that bobber begins to jerk and I see the excitement in his eyes, I know that there still is the noblest form of fish of angling. So ladies and Fisher, do not be intimidated by those in waders, so that a beautiful back cast and the landing that fly fly on the water, light as a feather floating, and it is connected with a perfect presentation. Yes, it is a thing of beauty to see these skills in movement, but this should not prevent you dunk a worm. I salute you say the catch and colleagues: "You do not need to take into the background, to no one."
Here is my strategy, when my grandson comes over the night before the big day. I treat him with some of my best fish stories (most of them he has heard, but does not seem to mind they hear again). When the sun goes down we get out there in the yard chasing Nightcrawlers. You know the big juicy ones to catch fish or die trying (sorry I could not resist) would. In the fridge they go into a box that is half full of coffee grounds. Sometimes my grandchildren will sleep up to, so I wrapped him sedated with milk and cookies. He is usually ready to dawn his gear ever. It is another reminder that he appreciated long after I'm gone. We catch fish in general but even if we do not, the binding of all time is important.
Here are some tips to use on your next trip are: try using an egg plate with a channel through the center. Put a pan under it to prevent it from sliding down too far. Keep swallow bail open so the fish can bait and swim with him, before feeling any pressure. If you see the line move, close the bail and set the hook. Directly bind to the egg sinker a few feet of leader on the other end of the swing.
Try a dropper line by tying a simple loop on the leader board. Get a number 4 or 6 hook with a leader and a bow on it. Connect the two loops and put a marshmallow, or cheese on the top hook. On the bottom hook at the thickest, wiggliest, juiciest Nightcrawler set can be found. If you find that there are too many fish, spit the hook before you try any chance to have it put pinch on a couple of split shot and let that sit on the floor with the bail closed.Once you feel a bite, set the hook. If you want to know what depth to fish a bobber on the line set at this length. This enables you to recognize a gentle bite.
Oh, one other thing, the fish would recommend philosopher. I would not say this to my grandchildren might think, he, me strangely. How come you are sitting there waiting for the fish to you in order to send positive vibes from the pole, through the pipe and into the lake (a little esoteric, but it sometimes works for me).
